Dear Upper Staff Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in serving on the 2012 Dream Street upper staff! Our upper staff members play an integral role in creating an unparalleled camping experience for children with physical disabilities. If accepted, your responsibilities will include supporting the counselors and campers, running activities, leading programs, and encouraging spirit and enthusiasm!
Submitting an application implies that you are able to commit to being at camp from the START of orientation on May 27th through the END of camp on June 2nd.
Please fill out the following upper staff application and submit it online no later than Thursday, January 5, 2012. Take care to fill it out thoroughly and completely. We also ask that you submit the application in a timely manner. Any applications received after the due date will be considered only if space is available.
There are three sections to the application:
1) Personal Information
2) Position Interview
3) Your Activity Interests
We will be in touch with you in the coming months to announce if you have been accepted to the upper staff. In the meantime, should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
