Dear Parents,
Camp Dream Street 2011 celebrated our 35th Anniversary and we had a great time! We joined in some fun adventures with Tony Chestnut and his friends and of course made time for arts and crafts, horseback riding, athletics, and the other great activities at camp..
We hope your child had a terrific week at Camp Dream Street and you were able to enjoy the week as well. Hopefully you’re still hearing great stories about new friends, experiences, and activities from camp.
In our unending quest to find ways we can improve our program and increase its impact on our campers, we would like you to take a few minutes to provide us with your feedback in the Parent Evaluation Questionnaire below. Any comments or suggestions you have are greatly appreciated and will be used as we begin planning for our 2012 summer. Of course, we love to hear about things you think are already great, too! Please feel free to add additional comments in the spaces provided.
